A co-educational Irish-Medium Post Primary School serving Ballincollig and the western suburbs of Cork City 		 
Established in 1991 as an Aonad Lánghaeilge within Coláiste Choilm Gaelcholáiste Choilm was the first of its kind to receive permanent sanction from the Department of Education.
With 200 students and small class sizes the school has become renowned for its high educational standards and excellent results.

In September 2002 it was provided with its own new and separate building complete with all the neccessary modern facilities
