On Monday 4th April  2016 thiry-one TY students departed Coláiste Choilm accompanied by Miss Kelleher and Mr. O'Hara for a two day Pilgrimage.

On Monday we were given a tour of the newly refurbished Knock basilica and also the museum on the grounds. At midday we joined other pilgrims for the celebration of the holy Eucharist. Our day finished with a visit to the Cenacalo community house for reformed addicts whose motto is 'work, friendship & prayer'. We were humbled by the moving testimony of one of the residents who shared his life story with us.
The following day in glorious weather we followed in the footsteps of St. Patrick and climbed the 'Reek', or as it is better known Croagh Patrick.
A fantastic time was had by all.
